Marsden Non-Approved Stainless Steel U-Frame Scale
Marsden Stainless Steel U-Frame is a highly durable pallet weighing scale. Ideal for weighing goods in environments that may be damp, humid or dusty. The platform is 304 food grade stainless steel meaning this scale is widely used in food processing factories.
The IP rating refers to the weighing scale’s level of protection. The first digit refers to the scale’s protection against dust, with the second signifying protection against water and other liquids.
Scales with IP65 rating are protected from moisture when wiped down with a damp cloth. IP67 rated scales have greater protection and are usually referred to as splashproof. IP68 scales are fully waterproof, built for use in the most punishing environments.
Stainless steel scales are robust, hard wearing and long lasting. The indicator and scale are fully waterproof meaning they can withstand spillages. They are suitable for the most harsh environments, including food factories, breweries, fishmongers’ shops and more.

The 4 x 1000kg IP68 rated loadcells and cables are safely mounted within the structure of the platform, protecting them from damage by fork truck when being moved. A wall bracket is supplied for mounting the indicator.
