Marsden Stainless Steel Weigh Beams is a highly durable pallet weighing scale. Ideal for weighing goods in environments that may be damp, humid or dusty. The platform is 304 food grade stainless steel meaning this scale is widely used in food processing factories.
The scale’s level of protection is shown by the IP rating. The first digit refers to the scale’s protection to dust and the second digit signifies protection against water and other liquids.
IP65 rated scales are protected from moisture when wiped down with a damp cloth. IP67 rated scales are referred to as splash proof, and have protection from moisture and can be washed down after use. IP68 scales – such as the PB-SS-I-400SS – are fully waterproof for use in the most punishing environments.
