The PT-400 is a stainless steel pallet truck scale, certified IP67 and ideal for damp and humid environments. This tough, splashproof scale has a 2000kg capacity and is accurate to the nearest 500g. The rechargeable battery power provides 70 hours’ continuous use. It is suitable for demanding warehouse tasks, particularly in the food and chemical sectors.
What does the IP rating mean?
The PT-400 is IP67 rated. This IP rating refers to protection to water and dust; the first digit (‘6’) reflecting the protection to dust and the second digit (‘7’) is protection against water and other liquids. IP65 rated scales are protected against moisture when they are wiped down with a damp cloth. IP67 scales, like the PT-400, are protected against moisture and can be washed down. IP68 is fully waterproof and can survive in the most punishing environments.
What are the benefits of pallet truck scales?
